You know what I like? The music of 1997. Big Beat. Some of my favorite albums were released that year. The Prodigy's Fat of the Land, The Crystal Method's Vegas, The Chemical Brothers' Dig Your Own Hole.
Well, this new track is inspired by all that sort of stuff. Big Beat mixed with Indian sounds and themes. I tried to find a good mix between acoustic instruments and synths, so that the track wouldn't be dominated by either one.

So, there’s this website, Giant Bomb, which is my favorite gaming website. I find their videos and podcast to be quite amusing.
There’s also a good community there on the forums.
About a month ago I start a thread requesting voice recordings. A week into the project I had the song pretty much done and determined that a video would really seal the deal.
Here’s the end result:

Again with the new music, jeez! This one is the collaborative efforts of THA and Mad Ninja Skillz.
The title of the track was chosen because it gives me that chase / escape vibe. FREEEDOOOMMMM!
But yeah, I think it turned out good. Check it out:

Break beats, synths and epic strings, yay!
Whoa! Guess what? ezmuze+ Hamst3r edition has been sent out for peer review – so it should be up on the XBOX Live Marketplace really soon! Wooo!
What this means is I can get back to doing other things, like making music, playing video games and making Submersible Hamster podcasts. :)
To kick this all off, I’ve made a new song and it’s called “The End Of Us All”.
This track was primarily inspired by over-listening to the awesome chiptune, “Rad” by AFinalDate.
I had also just purchased the QuadraSID VSTi and had been making a whole bunch of chiptune-style loops for ezmuze, so I was really in the mood to make a song like this. :)
The name is a reference to how video games typically place the entire weight of the world on the shoulders of the hero. Doesn’t matter if you’re a plumber or a prepubescent android, if you don’t save the world, we’re all going to die.
Anyways, check it out:

Johnny Rocketfingers 2 is out, so you’re probably here looking for the music. Download the music from the music section. Any music not there was made by The Thumpmonks.
